ARC credentials recognize professional achievement but do not replace employer qualifications, state licensing, governmental certifications, or legal authority to perform emergency response duties.

By submitting applications, documents, photographs, testimonials, comments, or other materials to ARC, you grant ARC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such materials solely for credentialing, administrative, educational, promotional, verification, or operational purposes, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Applicants retain ownership of their submitted materials.

ARC does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, products, or services offered by third parties.

13. Professional Conduct

Credential holders are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, honesty, and ethical conduct.

ARC reserves the right to investigate allegations involving:

  • Fraud

  • Misrepresentation

  • Ethical misconduct

  • Criminal activity affecting professional integrity

  • Misuse of ARC credentials

 

Violations may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or revocation.

 

14. Disclaimer

ARC makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current information. However, all information is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

 

ARC makes no warranty regarding:

  • Accuracy

  • Completeness

  • Availability

  • Reliability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Non-infringement

 

Credentialing decisions are based upon information submitted and verified according to ARC standards.

 

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advanced Rescue Commission shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:

ARC's total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
